Quandri Knowledge Hub
Quandri Dashboard
Quandri’s Dashboard gives you visibility into your brokerage’s renewal performance, with a detailed view of every policy, including status, key details, and reports. This transparency makes it easy to identify and resolve issues quickly. In this article, we’ll walk through the dashboard’s key features and how to use them effectively.
Dashboard Metrics Tiles
The metrics section of the dashboard displays six tiles, giving users a clear breakdown of processing outcomes at a glance. The metrics are as follows:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| # Processed | Total count of policies processed |
| Processing Rate | Percentage and count of successful policies |
| Error Rate | Percentage and count of policies with errors |
| Exceptions | Count of exempted policies |
| Time Saved | Hours saved (editable) |
| Dollars Saved | Dollar value saved (editable) |

Date Range & Filtering
The date picker now opens a dual-month calendar view with quick-select presets on the left side.
Additional filters for carrier, policy type, and status are available as a dropdown inline with the date range. The search bar ("Search by carrier, policy, etc...") supports lookup by carrier policy number or policy number directly.

Tip: Export your data
Users can export the filtered data using the Export button.
Using the Policy Processing Table
Users can view every processed policy in a searchable, filterable table below the metrics tiles. The table includes the following columns:
| Column | Description |
| Policy # | The policy identifier |
| Lookup Code | Associated lookup code |
| Carrier | Carrier name |
| Policy Type Codes | Type classification (can show multiple, e.g., "AUTO, HOME") |
| Processed Date | When the policy was processed by Quandri |
| Description | Error message (if applicable) |
| Status | Success, Error, or Exemption (color-coded badges) |
| AMS Note | The exact activity or note text Quandri wrote back into Applied Epic for that policy. |
Viewing the Report
For every policy, you can select ‘View Report’ to see the exact text written back into the AMS. The processed date column shows the date that Quandri ran the review (not the renewal date — that lives on the Policies page).

Exported data
Once you export, all of the policy reports will be downloaded for the selected filters.

FAQS
Who can see the policy-level table?
Admins on Renewal Reviewer and US Policy Checking accounts using Applied Epic. Users do not have access. AMS360 and Hawksoft are not currently included.
Why is the processed date different from the date on the Policies page?
The Policies page is based on renewal date — a forward-looking date tied to when the policy renews. The dashboard processed date is when Quandri ran the policy, which is always in the past.
How far back does the data go?
All historical processing data is available. The table is not limited to a specific start date.
