A few updates this month to make the day-to-day a little smoother for your team: quoting activity across your book is now visible directly in the dashboard, shared signatures can be applied in one click, renewal emails that were previously skipped can now be sent, and spell check is live in the email editor. Plus, carrier coverage has been expanded for Ohio and Oregon.

Your Requoting results, now visible in one place

Quandri handles the requoting work, and the new Policy Requoting dashboard gives your team a real-time view of what that looks like across your book. You can see how many policies were quoted, time and cost savings, and carrier-specific outcomes and trends, with enough detail to act on the results.

• Trend charts showing total quotes, processing rate, and quote rate over time, plus the top decline reasons so you can quickly spot where quotes aren't coming back.
• Carrier-level insights with quote rate and average premium by carrier, and a market average reference line for easy comparison.
• Policy-level detail with a breakdown of every policy ever quoted, including carrier-by-carrier quote amounts and decline reasons.

One signature for the whole team, applied with a click

Setting up email signatures used to fall on each user individually. Now an admin can set a single team signature in Quandri, and every user can apply it with one click. Onboarding is faster, your brand stays consistent, and no one has to configure anything manually.

Skipped a renewal email? You can still send it.

Skipping a renewal email used to be permanent. Now, whether it was skipped by accident or because the timing wasn't right, you can go back and send it. Once sent, the policy status updates to Sent like any other email.

Spell check is now live in the email editor

Typos happen. Any spelling errors are now underlined in red directly in the editor, so your team can catch and fix them before hitting send.

Expanded carrier coverage

Quandri now supports automated policy checking for additional carriers. If your agency writes with these carriers in the listed states, Quandri can analyze policies and generate personalized renewal emails for them.
