Reviewing Quotes within Quandri
Getting To a Customer's Quotes
Open the customer record and use the tabs at the top of the page:
- Quotes all carrier quotes and comparison (main requoting view)
- Underwriting Data the data used to generate the quotes
Each policy on the account appears as a chip below the tabs (for example Home and Auto), with the policy number and effective date.

Premium Comparison
At the top of the Quotes tab, the premium comparison chart shows the total premium for each carrier, stacked by line of business (Home and Auto). Your current carrier is labelled so you have a clear baseline. Carriers that could only quote one line are marked (for example Auto only or Home only).
Use this view to spot the most competitive options before you dig into coverage detail.

Carrier Coverage Comparison
Below the chart, each carrier has its own card with full coverage detail broken into:
- Policy Coverage dwelling, other structures, personal property, loss of use, personal liability, medical payments
- Endorsements & Additional Coverage water backup, service line, replacement cost, and other add-ons
Each card also shows:
- The premium and the difference vs the current carrier (for example $847/yr more)
- A View quote link to open the full quote
- A Carrier Portal or Comparative Rater tag, which shows how refined the quote is. A Carrier Portal tag means the quote was refined in the carrier's portal (around 90-95% complete). If a carrier quote shows the Comparative Rater tag, this means the quote did not undergo further portal refinement (around 85-90% complete). We show this for transparency so you know how complete each quote is and what is remaining.
- A Current Carrier / Renewal Term tag on the renewing policy, so you can use this as a baseline when evaluating remarket options

Carriers That Couldn't Quote
Any carrier that could not return a quote appears in the Carriers that couldn't quote section, with the line of business and the decline reason. This lets you see exactly why a carrier was ineligible without leaving the page (for example an ineligible risk due to property location).
If carriers couldn’t quote for a policy, this section will appear directly below the carrier coverage section.

Underwriting Data and Defaulted Data Flags
The Underwriting Data tab shows the data used to generate the quotes, grouped into Policy Information and Policy Coverages. Select a policy chip (Home or Auto) to switch between lines.
Any field where Quandri applied a default value carries a Default flag. Review flagged fields before presenting a quote to confirm the default matches the client's situation.

Manually Triggering a Quote in Epic
Epic users can request a quote outside the automatic schedule by adding their team's quoting activity code and assigning it to the Quandri quoting user.
Each agency configures its own activity code for this, so the exact code varies by team. If you are not sure which code to use, check with your team lead.
Any activity assigned outside the automated flow is picked up on the next scheduled run, processed, and the quote results should appear in Quandri by the next day. This is useful for requests that fall outside the automatic schedule, such as mid-term quotes, unexpected inbound client requests and renewals that may fall under your agency's rate-change threshold.
