Quandri Knowledge Hub
September 2026 Updates
Outreach Insights are here, giving you a comprehensive view of your team’s renewal outreach and key performance metrics. Behind the scenes, we've also expanded Quandri's insurance intelligence to support over 60 new carrier and state combinations, and improved AI-written emails to follow your instructions more closely. And for multi-branch agencies, you now have more control over who emails come from, including the company domain and the person they are sent from.
Outreach insights have arrived
Account Managers already have personalized AI-written renewal emails drafted for them automatically. But how much outreach is actually going out, and what happens after it's sent? Outreach Insights gives leaders a clear view of their team’s renewal outreach, from adoption to delivery and engagement. See which team members are sending renewal emails and whether clients have opened or received them.
You can also:
- Track team usage to see who is actively sending outreach.
- Monitor send rates to ensure renewal emails are going out
- Catch undelivered emails before they become missed client touchpoints
- See what happened to each account, whether the client was emailed, called, texted, or mailed
- Drill into individual outreach to review emails and delivery status
- Filter and export outreach data for deeper analysis
Processing Dashboard is now available to everyone
The Processing Dashboard is now in every agency’s platform, providing quick visibility into processed policy volume, errors, and exceptions.

More carrier intelligence across your book

Choose who your emails are sent from
Until now, every email went out from Quandri under the name and email address of whoever was assigned to that policy. Now agencies have more flexibility and can configure who emails appear to be sent from – with the display name, email address, and signature – and who replies are sent to.

Send emails from more than one domain
Emails can now go out from the domain of the branch the client is with, rather than the parent company's. So whether you're a national agency where each branch runs its own domain, or an agency that acquired a smaller one still operating under its own name, every email goes out from the right one.
Note
The domain will default to match the domain in the reply-to address. To add a new domain, contact your Implementation Manager. Up to ten domains can be added.
Emails are written to follow your instructions more closely
We've upgraded Quandri's AI emails to follow your instructions more closely, which means fewer edits and more time back for your agents. You'll see improvements in the coming weeks.
