Drop us a messageSending domains
Your team sends Connect emails from a sending domain — a domain you own that has been verified with Quandri, such as mail.youragency.com. A team can have more than one.
Multiple domains matter when one Connect team covers more than one brand: a national agency whose branches each run their own domain, or an agency that has acquired a smaller one still operating under its own name. Each broker's email can then go out from the domain they actually belong to, rather than the parent company's.
Connecting a domain
Sending domains are set up with your Implementation Manager, who will send you DNS records to add with your hosting provider. Once verified, a domain appears in your team's domain list in Connect settings. The same domain can be used by more than one team.
How the From address is chosen
Every email shows its From address, and which domain it uses is decided by the reply-to address of the teammate the email is assigned to.
When the reply-to matches one of your domains, that domain is selected automatically and the From field is locked — there is nothing to do. A match can be exact (broker@agency.com matching agency.com) or a subdomain (broker@mail.agency.com also matching agency.com). If both could apply, the exact match wins.
When the reply-to matches none of them, the From field is an empty dropdown reading Select a domain (no match for Reply-to). Choose one before sending — the email cannot be sent until you do, and a warning tells you the domain does not match the reply-to address.
If your team has only one domain, the From field is simply locked to it.
