            Status Types in Connect

            Connect uses a status system to track email progress and actions. There are three status options available:

             

            Complete/Sent 

            • Meaning: The email has been successfully sent to the recipient
            • Action Required: None - the email process is complete


             

            Review Email 

            • Meaning: The email is ready for review and sending
            • Action Required: Review the email content and send when ready


             

            Skipped 

            • Meaning: The email has been intentionally skipped
            • Use Case: When an email is not relevant or should not be sent for any reason
            • Action Required: None - the email has been marked as skipped

            Using Status Filters

            Selecting "All" in the Status dropdown displays all emails, regardless of status. This is useful to get a complete view of all emails. You can also use the dropdown to filter emails by specific status, and even combine with other filters to create more targeted views. For example, the below is filtered by emails assigned to Katherine Williams and emails with the Status ‘Review Email’. 

            Best practice

             Regularly review emails in "Review Email" status to ensure timely communication with customers.
