Quandri can attach every renewal email it sends to the policy in HawkSoft. Each email is saved as a PDF on a log note, so your client file shows what went out and when, without anyone attaching it by hand.

An admin turns this on in Quandri. There is nothing to set up in HawkSoft.

How to turn it on

1. Log in to Quandri.
2. Go to Configurations > Policy Analysis.
3. Under Log Renewal Emails in HawkSoft, turn on Create Log Note.

Quandri logs every renewal email sent from this point on. Emails sent before you turned it on are not added.

What gets logged

• A critical log on the policy with a PDF of the renewal email as it was sent.
• The log code Email to Insured.
• The text in Description. The default is "Renewal email sent to insured (Quandri)."
• For an email that covers two or more policies on one account, a copy of the same email on each policy.

Good to know

• Only emails sent after Create Log Note is on are logged.
• Quandri does not show an error if a log is not created.
• Quandri does not create follow-up tasks or suspenses.
